How do I get a Parker’s Rewards card?

To get started, download the Parker’s Rewards app or pick up a card from any Parker’s location. Then register your card using the Parker’s Rewards app or by visiting ParkersKitchen.com/Rewards. You can also add cards to an existing account by visiting ParkersKitchen.com/Rewards. Login and click + to add a card.

 

How do I login to my Parker’s Rewards account?

Download the Parker’s Rewards app or visit ParkersKitchen.com/Rewards to login. If necessary, Create New Password and enter the email address or card number associated with your account. If you do not know this information, fill out the Contact Us form and we will locate your account for you.

 

What are the benefits of Parker’s Rewards?

Rewards members earn fuel discounts. Save 10¢ per gallon with every $25 you spend inside the store. Excludes tobacco, fuel & lottery purchases. You can use your fuel discount instantly, or save and stack them – up to $1 per gallon. Members also save on fountain drinks, fresh food & more.

 

How do I use Parker’s Rewards?

Swipe your rewards card, scan the app barcode, or enter your phone number at checkout. You can even turn on the pump from your Parker’s Rewards app. When you have earned a fuel discount, you’ll be prompted “Use 10¢/gal discount?” at the time of purchase. This discount can be used on 1 purchase up to 25 gallons.

 

My purchase did not earn rewards points. What do I do?

Fill out the Contact Us form and provide the location, date and time of your purchase. If you have the receipt or transaction number and exact amount paid, include that information, too. We’ll be in touch! Tobacco, lottery & fuel purchases do not earn rewards points.

 

I didn’t receive my member pricing. What do I do?

Fill out the Contact Us form and provide the location, date and time of your purchase. If you have the receipt or transaction number and exact amount paid, include that information, too. We’ll be in touch!

 

I didn’t receive my fuel discount. What do I do?

Fill out the Contact Us form and provide the location, date and time of your purchase. If you have the receipt or transaction number and exact amount paid, include that information, too. We’ll be in touch!

Parker’s Rewards discounts can be used on 1 purchase up to 25 gallons.

 

How do I get the Club fuel price?

Pay with PumpPal Debit to get the Club fuel price advertised on our sign. PumpPal Debit is a secure and convenient way to pay. It links your checking account to your Parker’s Rewards card. It works just like your debit card with a secure PIN code.

 

How do I add PumpPal Debit?

Download the Parker’s Rewards app or visit ParkersKitchen.com/Rewards and login to your account. Choose Add PumpPal Debit. You will need your driver’s license and checking account information to register.

 

How do I change my bank information?

Visit ParkersKitchen.com/Rewards and login to your account. Choose Manage PumpPal Debit. You can also call ZipLine customer service at 877-403-2222.

 

How do I reset my PIN code?

Only PumpPal Debit members are required to use a PIN code to make a purchase. Visit ParkersKitchen.com/Rewards and login to your account. Choose Manage PumpPal Debit. You can also call ZipLine customer service at 877-403-2222.

 

How do I replace a lost/damaged rewards card?

  1. Visit ParkersKitchen.com/Rewards to login.
  2. Select the lost/damaged card number.
  3. Under “Manage Card” section, “Change Status” to disabled.
  4. Under “My Rewards Cards” section, select + to add a new card.
  5. Enter card number.
  6. PumpPal Debit Members should also call ZipLine at 877-403-2222.

How do I add an additional rewards card?

Please note that all rewards cards under the same account (email address) will share rewards points.

  1. Visit ParkersKitchen.com/Rewards to login.
  2. Under “My Rewards Cards” section, select + to add a new card.
  3. Enter card number.
  4. PumpPal Debit Members should also call ZipLine at 877-403-2222.
