How do I get a Parker’s Rewards card?

If you would like to sign up without a card, simply download the Parker’s Rewards app.

If you would like a card, please visit any Parker’s location. Just ask any employee and they’ll help you get started. You’ll need to register your card at the Rewards Kiosk inside the store or click here. You may also register by entering your card number into the Parker’s Rewards app.

What are the benefits of Parker’s Rewards?

Parker’s Rewards members save 10¢ per gallon for every $25 spent inside the store. This excludes tobacco, lottery & fuel purchases. Use your fuel discount instantly, or save and stack them – up to $1 per gallon. Rewards discounts can be used only once, up to 25 gallons, so make it count!

How do I use Parker’s Rewards?

It’s easy! Swipe your rewards card, scan the app barcode, or enter your phone number at checkout. You can even turn on the pump from your Parker’s Rewards app. Not ready to use your fuel discount? Don’t worry! We’ll always ask if you’re ready to use your fuel discount at the time of purchase. Rewards discounts can be used only once, up to 25 gallons, so make it count!

How do I get the Club fuel price?

In order to get the club price advertised on our gas sign, you must pay with PumpPal Debit. You can sign up for this feature by linking your checking account to your Parker’s Rewards card. It works just like your debit card with a secure PIN code. Login to your account at here or the Parker’s Rewards app to add PumpPal Debit. You will need your driver’s license and checking account information to enroll.

Is PumpPal Debit Secure?

Your security is our priority. To ensure your protection, our PumpPal Debit program is managed by ZipLine, a leading private label debit processor employing state-of-the-art firewall and other comprehensive security methods in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Federal Reserve. All personal data is encrypted in real time, and every transaction is PIN protected. ZipLine monitors and limits exposure to fraud, so you’ll never be held liable for unauthorized transactions. Why can’t I link my credit card instead of checking account?

The PumpPal Debit program requires a checking account to make ACH transactions. By linking your checking account to your Parker’s Rewards card, this saves on credit card processing fees. We return those savings to you in the form of a discounted fuel price. Please know you can use your Parker’s Rewards card and pay with any method you prefer. However, you will not receive the PumpPal Debit Club price this way.

How to replace lost rewards cards (without PumpPal Debit)

  1. Pick up a new card from any Parker’s location
  2. Sign into your account at ParkersKitchen.com/Rewards
  3. Under “My Rewards Cards” click the + icon and enter your new card number
  4. Under “My Rewards Cards” select the lost card
  5. Under “Manage Card” change the status to disabled

Please contact us if you have any trouble adding your new rewards card.

How to replace lost rewards cards (PumpPal Debit Members)

Because your card is linked to your checking account, you must cancel your card immediately.

Call ZipLine customer service at 877-403-2222 to cancel your card. You may also cancel the card online. Please login to your account at here and click Manage PumpPal Debit. You will be asked to enter a second set of login credentials. This password may be different than your Parker’s Rewards password.

  1. Click LOST CARD? from the top menu
  2. Select a card number to deactivate
  3. Pick up a new card from any Parker’s location
  4. Call ZipLine customer service at 877-403-2222 to add your new card

Note: It is your responsibility to cancel PumpPal Debit cards directly with ZipLine at 877-403-2222. If you choose to cancel the card online, you must do so by clicking Manage PumpPal Debit and signing into the PumpPal Debit portal.

I did not receive my member pricing

How to add multiple cards to the same rewards account

When you add multiple cards to a rewards account, those cards will share rewards points.

  1. Pick up a new card from any Parker’s location
  2. Sign into your account at ParkersKitchen.com/Rewards
  3. Under “My Rewards Cards” click the + icon and enter your new card number

How to add multiple cards to the same PumpPal Debit account

Because your card is linked to your checking account, you must call ZipLine customer service at 877-403-2222. You cannot add new PumpPal Debit cards online. Your new card will automatically be added to your rewards account after you speak with ZipLine. Please note multiple cards will share rewards points.

How to update checking account information

Please login to your account at here and click Manage PumpPal Debit. You will be asked to enter a second set of login credentials. This password may be different than your Parker’s Rewards password.

  1. Select your Parker’s Rewards card number from the right-hand side
  2. Click UPDATE MY BANKING INFORMATION from the top menu
  3. Enter your new routing and checking account number
  4. Your checking account information will be updated for all cards on the account

You may also call ZipLine customer service at 877-403-2222 to edit any PumpPal account information.

Note: It is your responsibility to update checking account information directly with ZipLine at 877-403-2222. If your account information has changed, do not make any purchases with your PumpPal Debit card until it’s been updated.

How to change PIN code

If you know your PIN code but would like to change it, please login to your account at here and click Manage PumpPal Debit. You will be asked to enter a second set of login credentials. This password may be different than your Parker’s Rewards password.

  1. Select a card from the right-hand side
  2. Click UPDATE MY PIN from the top menu
  3. The current PIN is required to choose a new PIN
  4. Your PIN will be updated for that specific card only
  5. Repeat these steps with any other cards as necessary.

You may also call ZipLine customer service at 877-403-2222 to edit any PumpPal account information.

Bank Credentials Not Working

To enroll in PumpPal Debit, you must link your checking account for ACH payment. To do this, you may enter your online banking credentials and security answers. If you are unable to provide this information, you can manually enter your checking account information, rather than signing in to your bank’s website. When you get to step 4, do not select your bank. Instead, click Add Your Bank Account Manually. This is where you enter your routing & account number.

1¢ Wednesday School Donation

On the first Wednesday of every month, Parker’s donates 1¢ of every gallon purchased with PumpPal Debit. When you enroll in PumpPal Debit, you can designate your preferred school to receive those donations. If you are already a PumpPal Debit member, you can designate your preferred school here.
