At Parker’s we want you to be happy. Whether it is with our great customer service or our low fuel prices, we strive to exceed your expectations in every way that we can.

Here at Parker’s we want to make a promise to you, that you are receiving quality fuel. If you feel like you did not receive quality product, we want to make it right. All you need to do is have your vehicle serviced by a Qualified Technician. Qualified technicians have an A8 certification from the Institute for Automotive Service Excellence. Once serviced and deemed a fuel issue, follow the steps below and we will take care of the rest!

– Fill out the form below, and click Submit. Next you will see a confirmation page.

– Print the completed form on that page, the form will also be emailed to you.

– Next take the form, and your vehicle to a Qualified Technician for service.

– If the technician deems the problem came from our fuel, have them sign the Technician Fuel Claim section.

– Within 30 days of fuel purchase, send the form, a copy of your repair invoice, and proof of payment of the repair invoice to the address below.

  • In order for us to process your claim, a repair invoice from a Qualified A8 technician must be included as well as proof of payment. The invoice must be legible and show the problems that existed were related to fuel quality. Only repairs made by an ASE certified A8 mechanic will be reimbursed. Estimates, quotes, and any other non-completed work will not be accepted in lieu of an invoice. Parker’s reserves the right to investigate all claims. By completing this form, the claimant agrees to cooperate with Parker’s or any third party acting on Parker’s behalf. Additionally, the technician who signs the technician form, agrees to cooperate with Parker’s or any third party acting on Parker’s behalf. Failure to complete this process and send in all completed documents within 30 days of the incident may result in denial of the claim. Claimants who process fraudulent claims will be prosecuted. Parker’s reserves the right to deny any claim that cannot be proven with full validity.
