(Oct. 8, 2025) – Parker’s Kitchen – a nationally acclaimed convenience store company and food service leader that was recently included on the Inc. 5000 list of the fastest growing private companies in America for the eighth time – is pleased to announce that Financial Planning and Analysis Manager Jimmy Dugal has been named a 2025 Future Leader in Convenience by industry-leading publication Convenience Store News for his impressive professional achievements.
Now in its eighth year, the Future Leaders in Convenience awards program helps develop the next generation of convenience store industry leaders by providing a forum for talented young professionals to hone their leadership talent, while recognizing the achievements of those who are already making significant positive contributions to their companies and the industry at large. The 2025 honorees include an elite group of 42 rising stars age 35 and under who represent a wide range of convenience store industry retailers, distributors and suppliers.
Dugal and the rest of the winners will be featured in the November/December 2025 issue of Convenience Store News and will be honored at the 2025 Future Leaders in Convenience Summit on Dec. 8-9 in Austin, Texas.

Dugal originally joined Parker’s Kitchen in 2021 as an analyst in the finance department and was promoted to Financial Planning and Analysis Manager in 2022. Utilizing his business intelligence background, he onboarded the company’s first budgeting software and developed a state-of-the-art cash flow model.
Currently, Dugal leads the Financial Planning and Analysis team in the creation and distribution of monthly as well as ad hoc reporting. He is also responsible for creating and maintaining the company’s five-year forecast model, ensuring that Parker’s Kitchen supports aggressive growth while maintaining customer loyalty, employee satisfaction and industry-leading performance.
Parker’s Kitchen employs nearly 1,800 team members and completes more than a million transactions every week at stores throughout Georgia and South Carolina.
