SAVANNAH, Ga. (May 1, 2026) – Parker’s Kitchen—a nationally acclaimed convenience store company and food service leader that’s currently celebrating its 50th anniversary—is honored to support local veterans and service members in Georgia and South Carolina with a round-up campaign at all Parker’s Kitchen locations benefitting Wounded Warrior Project® (WWP). In observance of National Military Appreciation Month, the company will match 50% of every customer donation throughout the month of May to amplify the impact.
Parker’s Kitchen launched its third annual round-up campaign benefiting WWP in March 2026, matching 25% of every customer donation to support even more warriors. The WWP round-up campaign will continue at all Parker’s Kitchen locations through July 5, 2026.
“Veterans are truly our nation’s heroes, and we consider it a privilege to give back to those who have made significant sacrifices to protect our freedoms,” said Parker’s Kitchen founder and Executive Chairman Greg Parker. “Through our partnership with Wounded Warrior Project, we’re able to offer support through life-changing programs. We invite our customers to join us this month to honor our local veterans and service members in Georgia and South Carolina by rounding up their transactions for National Military Appreciation Month.”
Parker’s Kitchen first joined forces with WWP in 2024 to help provide services and programs at no cost to local post-9/11 veterans, active-duty service members, their families and caregivers. To date, Parker’s Kitchen has donated more than $660,000 to the award-winning nonprofit organization.
“For 250 years, the service and sacrifice of warriors has helped to guarantee our freedoms, and supporters have helped us honor their courage,” said Brea Kratzert Todd, WWP vice president of business development. “We are so grateful for the support of Parker’s Kitchen and their customers, and we’re thrilled to partner with them for a third year to help warriors in Georgia and South Carolina. Together, we can empower warriors and their families to build a brighter future.”
WWP’s programs, advocacy and awareness efforts help warriors thrive, provide essential lifelines to families and caregivers and help prevent veteran suicides.
