Greg Parker Founder & CEO, Parker’s Kitchen

Parker’s founder and CEO Greg Parker opened his first convenience store in Midway, Georgia in 1976. Today, he leads a nationally acclaimed company that was named the 2020 Convenience Store Chain of the Year and is widely known for high-quality foodservice, the cleanest stores in the industry and cutting-edge technology. A steadfast advocate of giving back to the community, Greg has donated more than $30 million to charitable causes across coastal Georgia and South Carolina and received the 2022 Georgia Southern University Parker College of Business Corporate Partner Award.

Greg is a longtime member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) and is active in the Petroleum Marketers Study Group. He previously served as the Vice Chairman of Research for the National Association of Convenience Stores, Chairman of the BPAmoco Marketers Association and a member of the Pepsi Retail Advisory Council as well as the Coca-Cola Retail Advisory Committee.

He currently serves on the Savannah Economic Development Authority (SEDA) board and previously chaired the Mayor’s Business Roundtable and the Keep Savannah Clean anti-litter campaign.

President, Parker’s Kitchen

Brandon Hofmann President of Parker's Kitchen

Brandon Hofmann serves as the President of Parker’s Kitchen and is the architect behind the company’s explosive expansion plans and Best Place to Work initiatives.

At 19 years old, Brandon accepted a job working as a third-shift cashier in Hinesville, Ga. that would propel his professional career for the next 26 years and beyond. At the age of 20, Brandon was promoted to District Manager, overseeing all stores in Savannah, Statesboro, and Claxton. From there, he spent the next 8 years leading store teams and honing his operational skillset under the mentorship of Parker’s founder and CEO, Greg Parker.

Over the years, Brandon created the modern-day Parker’s brand image, standardized store layout and updated signage to create consistency from store to store, creating a template for future company growth. Serving as Parker’s inaugural Chief Marketing Officer for nearly 10 years, Brandon focused on honing Parker’s southern-style, made-from-scratch menu offering – including Parker’s legendary fresh, never-frozen chicken tenders and rebranding the store to include “Kitchen” in the name.

In early 2020, shortly before the COVID-19 pandemic hit the country, Brandon was promoted to Chief Operating Officer. Thanks to Brandon’s leadership, Parker’s emerged from the pandemic stronger, more unified, and more resilient due to the company’s unwavering commitment to taking care of team members and putting people first. In 2021, Brandon was promoted to President of Parker’s Kitchen and has been laser-focused on making the company one of the Best Places to Work in the United States.

A proud father of three, Brandon understands the importance of leadership, commitment and hard work. He believes in the culture at Parker’s Kitchen and wants other team members to enjoy the same opportunities for professional and personal growth that he has over the years.

At Parker’s, we offer a career path from CSR to CEO. We have high expectations, but if you work hard, you will be rewarded.
