We said goodbye to cards for Parker’s Rewards members! Rewards Points and Discounts will be accessed by entering your phone number on the pinpad or through the app.

If you are a PumpPal Debit member, you will CONTINUE TO USE YOUR CARD for payment at the pump to receive Club Pricing. Do NOT get rid of your Parker’s Rewards PumpPal Debit Card.
If you typically activate the pump through the app, please note: you will no longer be able to stack your earned in-store fuel discount on top of your Club Pricing discount. However, this CAN be done with a physical card at the pump using the on-screen prompts.

What is the new Parker’s Rewards Program?
We updated our Rewards Program to give you a more rewarding experience!
No, you can earn and redeem points by just entering your phone number at checkout!
Your loyalty ID is your phone number!
What happens to the points and fuel discounts I collected?
Don’t Worry! Any Members with existing fuel discounts or rewards at the time of the program transition will be converted to the corresponding amount of points.
I am already a Rewards Member, do I need to do anything?
No! Current Parker’s Rewards Members will continue to enter their phone number during checkout. Points will be earned, and any applicable Rewards will apply automatically!
What can I spend my points on?
You can spend your points for rewards that work best for you! They can now be used on in store items or fuel discounts, make sure to check the points catalog to view all available offerings to personalize your more rewarding experience!
You can spend your points by visiting the rewards section in the app and click redeem for in-store items. You can also spend your points at the pump for a fuel discount when prompted.
What happens if I redeem my points and change my mind?
Having second thoughts on your latest rewards purchase? No problem! As a rewards member you have the option to return your rewards and get those points back! You’ll also get those points back if your reward expires before you can redeem it!
What if I want to keep my Card? Will it still work?
No, your phone number is the only way to earn and redeem rewards points.

Will my login information change?
Logging into your account just got easier! Instead of trying to remember a pesky password you can securely login by typing in your phone number and receiving a code via text!
We know you’re busy, and we’re here to help! Simply type in your number to the pin pad during purchase and any rewards will be applied immediately to your in store purchase! No stress, No mess, just a rewarding experience!

Here at Parker’s Kitchen, we take our members’ privacy and personal information very seriously. We do not give away, rent or sell any member information to any outside organizations. Ever. Your mobile number is simply a unique identifier to help us identify you across our platform and stores and it helps to safeguard your account info and balances
Can I opt out of receiving emails?
You can absolutely opt out of our emails by selecting “unsubscribe” at the bottom of the email. However, it is not recommended, to opt back into our emails you will need to contact customer care at [email protected].
Can I opt out of receiving text messages?
Yes, you can opt out of SMS text communication at anytime by replying “STOP” to any SMS text we send you. However, we do not recommend doing this to avoid any issues with accessing your rewards account.
Can I choose whether or not to redeem my fuel rewards?
Yes! The choice is yours! When making a fuel purchase you may be asked if you would like to cash in your available points for a fuel reward, you can decide to spend your points on the highest fuel discount available based on the amount of points you have, or you can decline and save your points for another time or use them for an in store reward.
