All fuel is sourced from responsible refineries and terminals that use cleaning detergent additives, which results in lower vehicle emissions and maintenance of optimal engine performance.


When we say quality guaranteed, we mean it. We strive to deliver a quality customer experience every time. If you run into an issue with our fuel, we guarantee to work with you to determine the cause of the issue and fix any issue caused by our fuel, so you can get back on the road as quickly as possible.

If you do experience a problem with fuel from Parker’s Kitchen, please follow these steps:

1. Call the customer service line (833-531-0185) immediately
2. Provide all supporting documentation, including proof of purchase.
We will be happy to assist you in gathering this information to the extent it is available to us.
3. Upon receipt of satisfactory support documentation and validation of the claim,
we will work with you on reimbursement of any necessary repairs to your vehicle attributable to fuel from Parker’s Kitchen.*


*Parker’s Kitchen reserves its rights to investigate all claims, to determine whether the damage was caused by fuel purchased from Parker’s Kitchen, and to reject any claim not supported by appropriate documentation or any claim that cannot be fully validated. Failure to complete this process and send in all completed documents within 30 days of the incident may result in denial of the claim. Claimants who submit fraudulent claims will be prosecuted.
